David John Sörensen is a Christian minister, author, and apostolic leader with more than 35 years of experience in ministry across Europe and internationally. His life and calling have been marked by a deep passion for the presence of Christ and the restoration of the Church to its original biblical power, purity, and authority.

Over the years, he has been actively involved in multiple revivals and church plants, served alongside apostolic and prophetic ministries. David John personally pioneered churches and ministries in Europe while supporting other church plants, as well as raising up and training other ministries and leaders.

In addition to hands-on ministry experience, David has devoted decades to deep study and careful theological formation. This ongoing pursuit of learning reflects his commitment to accurate biblical understanding, spiritual maturity, and a well-grounded faith that integrates Scripture, doctrine, and lived experience.

In 1997, David experienced a defining calling from God to explore the Kingdom of God. In response, he traveled extensively across the world, attending schools of ministry, conferences, and gatherings in many nations, seeking to understand the nature of God’s Kingdom, to experience His presence, and to discern what God is doing within the worldwide Church. These years of immersion provided him with a broad and comprehensive understanding of the spiritual condition of the Church, particularly in Europe and the United States, shaping his apostolic insight, discernment, and calling for restoration and renewal.

David’s ministry has also been shaped by profound personal encounters with Jesus Christ. On several occasions, he experienced encounters in which Jesus Christ personally appeared to him, giving clear and direct instructions regarding his ministry and calling. In addition, at several critical moments in his life, David heard the audible voice of God, described as a loud, thunderous voice, intervening to instruct, correct, and direct him at decisive points in his calling. These experiences served as moments of divine guidance that brought clarity, obedience, and alignment with God’s will.

Together with his wife—who also carries an apostolic and prophetic calling—David ministers in unity. Their ministry is characterized by deep surrender to the manifest presence of Jesus Christ, resulting in transformed lives, physical healings, deliverance from demonic oppression, and other signs and wonders that flow naturally from the real and active presence of Christ in their midst. Their focus is not on methods or performance, but on hosting the presence of Jesus and allowing Him to work freely.

David and his team have organized numerous Christian conferences in the Netherlands and Belgium, featuring international speakers. These gatherings were marked by documented healings, deliverance, and radical encounters with God, affirming the continued biblical reality of healing and spiritual freedom through Christ.

As an author, David has written nine Christian books, eight of which were published in Europe. His first book published in the United States, What Nobody Told You About the Return of Christ, calls believers back to a biblical understanding of Christ’s Kingdom, authority, and present reign.

In the early days of the internet, David also built one of the first Christian websites in the Netherlands and Belgium, which was widely regarded by believers as one of the most impactful Christian platforms of its time.

In 2020, David received a clear calling from God—confirmed through a series of supernatural dreams and prophetic words—to initiate a platform known as StopWorldControl.com. This platform was established as a moral and prophetic response to what he discerned as systemic injustice, abuse of power, and large-scale wrongdoing affecting humanity, with the aim of awakening conscience, exposing darkness, and encouraging people to seek truth. Through this work, millions were reached, and a broad movement of awareness emerged—often referred to as the Great Awakening—in which vast numbers of people began questioning deception and seeking truth, justice, and moral accountability.

After fulfilling this commission over a period of approximately five years, David now senses a new and focused calling from God: to participate in a spiritual transformation of America. This mandate centers on turning hearts from darkness to light, from death to life, through the proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the publication of his current book, and the hosting of conferences and gatherings. His aim is to help the Church rediscover the original message of Christ, regain spiritual authority, and recover her rightful place as a healing, restorative influence within society.

David’s calling is also marked by a powerful personal testimony. As a child and teenager, he suffered from a severe stutter caused by a car accident, making normal conversation and public speaking nearly impossible. However, as God began calling him to speak and minister, the anointing of the Holy Spirit would come upon him, and in those moments he spoke fluently without stuttering. Over time, through years of preaching under the presence of the Holy Spirit, his speech was completely healed. What once was a limitation became a testimony of God’s power working through weakness.

David John Sorensen has had many life-changing encounters with the glorious power and love of Jesus Christ. Out of these experiences, he was inspired to design a unique collection of Christian art.

He understands that artwork is not neutral—it serves as a gateway through which spiritual realities can influence the natural world. Art functions as a door, allowing the dimensions that inspired it to enter and shape hearts, minds, and cultures. For millennia, Satan has exploited this principle, filling societies with expressions of sin, darkness, and death in order to gain stronger influence over humanity.

In response, David John Sörensen created a powerful and deeply inspired series of Christian artworks that reveal the glory, love, goodness, and truth of God and His Son, Jesus Christ. These works are designed to radiate light rather than darkness, life rather than death, and hope rather than despair.
